Order & Delivery

How do I change or cancel my order?


In case you wish to change your order, please contact us. (This includes contact info, billing- and shipping addresses, etc.) If the product isn't already sent and you'd like to cancel your order, contact us. If the product is sent, wait for arrival and retour the product after contacting us. Only once the product has returned to our warehouse, will we be able to process the cancellation.




Do you ship internationally?


We ship to all countries in Europe. Shipping costs vary between different coutries.




I did not receive a confirmation email?


Please contact us via info@mattisewatches.com. Note all the info you have in the email.




When will I receive my order?


An estimated shipping time is noted during payment and on your invoice. If the package didn't arrive as estimated, check via the track and trace code in your order information or sent us an email at info@mattisewatches.com.




I have received the wrong product, what do I do?


If you receive your package, and it is not as you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will do everything we can to correct our mistake as promptly as possible.

What payment methods can I use?


On the Mattise webshop we offer a broad range of payment methods. Besides transferring your purchase manually with your personal bank account we offer the most secure payment methods online: iDeal Sofort Banking PayPal Credit Card




Is it safe to pay with my creditcard or iDeal?


Yes, all the payments are led via Mollie. Mollie is a highly secured trust worthy payment protocol. Read more about Mollie on mollie.com.




How long will it take to receive my refund?


Once we receive your return package, including the digital return application, you will be refunded the purchase amount, exluding the your shipping costs, within 10 working days.

How do I know if my Mattise Watch is authentic?


To ensure the authenticity of a Mattise timepiece, it must be purchased directly from our website or from an authorized Mattise watch retailer. If purchasing from e-commerce platforms such as eBay and Groupon or an unauthorized third party vendor on Amazon, there is a risk of receiving a timepiece that is counterfeit, used or defective.




Is my watch waterproof?


If your watch states a 3 ATM mark for water resistance, this means we recommend that you avoid contact with water/liquids. Avoid wearing the watch when showering, bathing, swimming, diving, or any activity where it is exposed directly to water. The watch is resistant to everyday use and light rain. With a 5 ATM mark for water resistance your watch is resistant for activities like showering and swimming. Kindly note that water damaged is not covered under the warranty.




What type of mechanical movement is used?


All Mattise watches are equiped with Japanese Quartz movement.




Can I wash my watch strap?


Leather strap – we do not recommend you to wash the leather strap. Any exposure to water will dry the leather and possibly cause damage to the material. However, a local watchmaker or watch retailer may have cleaning products specifically designed for leather. Mesh wristband – Always remove the watch face from the band. Use warm water with soap and gently brush the material. Leave it to dry.
